Win $1000 with Youth Work!

Scholarship criteria:

  • Canadian citizens or permanent residents
  • Be registered as an apprentice by Langley School District
  • Graduate with a Dogwood Diploma or Adult Dogwood
  • Complete the four Youth Work in Trades courses
  • Earn a C+ average or better in Grade 12 courses
  • Complete 900 hours of work-based training reported to SkilledTradesBC by August 31 of the deadline year (Based on student’s birthdate. See chart at bottom of page for more information)

  • Have parent/guardian permission
  • Be 15-19 years old
  • Be working or previously worked in one of the 100 SkilledTradesBC (formerly ITA BC) regulated trades
