The Langley School District's Framework for Teaching and Learning provides common language around high-quality teaching and learning to promote professional learning conversations amongst educators and to support teachers in their own professional growth as we strive to ensure all learners in Langley reach their full potential.

This research-based framework has been created through the lens of both the First Peoples Principles of Learning and the Langley School District Vision.

Please note that the Framework for Teaching and Learning is a living document that the Langley School District is continually revising and updating as we continue to enhance and improve our learning around best practice when it comes to high-quality teaching and learning. As we make revisions to the original Framework, these revisions will be outlined in blue in each of the sections of the document.
