Documents required to bring with you to LFAS Office 

• LFAS Volunteer Driver Form
• ICBC Drivers Abstract (NOT the factor report)
• ICBC Insurance documents with minimum of $2,000,000 liability (first 2 pages)
• Personal Insurance documents (if applicable)
• Copy of Valid BC Driver’s License
• Criminal Record Check (please see Volunteer tab https://www.sd35.bc.ca/lfas/volunteer-form)

Drivers can NOT drive other students until all documents have been received and approved by LFAS Administrators.

Please send to the LFAS office via email to kgill@sd35.bc.ca or drop off in person. (minimum 48 hours before event)
