Welcome Back, PEMS Families!

We’re excited to welcome you to a brand-new school year at Peter Ewart Middle School! We hope your summer was filled with rest, fun, and meaningful moments. As we begin this academic journey together, we look forward to a year of learning, growth, and unforgettable experiences.

Let us introduce you to our outstanding administrative team, who are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all students:

Vice Principals: Ryan Roman & Sabrina Sidhu
 Mrs. Sabrina Sidhu returns for her second year as Vice Principal at PEMS. Her dedication to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive school culture continues to inspire our community. She is excited to build on last year’s successes and support students and staff in achieving excellence.

Joining us this year is Mr. Ryan Roman, our new Vice Principal. Mr. Roman brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to student success. He comes to us from Nicomekl Elementary and has previously held leadership roles at Vanguard Secondary and Langley Fundamental Middle/Secondary School. Mr. Roman is eager to connect with our students, staff, and families and contribute to the vibrant PEMS community.

Administrative Assistants: Mrs. Sousa, Mrs. Lively & Mrs. Neidig

These three incredible individuals are the heartbeat of our school’s daily operations. With their experience, dedication, and care, they ensure everything runs smoothly and are always ready to assist with any questions or needs.

Together, our team is united in our mission to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging educational environment. We believe that strong relationships and meaningful connections are the foundation of a thriving school community. Whether we’re celebrating academic achievements, participating in school events, or fostering a sense of belonging, we are committed to working together with you.

Important Start-Up Dates:

• Tuesday, September 2nd: ONLY Grade 6 students attend with WEB mentors from 8:25 AM to 11:15 AM.
• Wednesday, September 3rd: First full day for all students from 8:25 AM to 2:38 PM.
