Registration Period: August 17, 2026 to September 15, 2026.

Fall classes run Wednesday, September 9, 2026 to Tuesday, December 15, 2026.

Students must be 16 years old as of July 1, 2026 in order to qualify for structured classes.

Ensure you have what you need to register readily available to upload to your student profile.

Structured Classes (2x per week in-class, plus other work)
Structured classes provide students in-class instruction 2 times per week. This in-person structured format offers a lecture portion of the class with regular teacher instruction/guidance for the duration of the session. Homework is regularly assigned.

** We strongly recommend taking Chemistry 11 before Chemistry 12, and Pre-Calculus 11 before Pre-Calculus 12, especially if a student has not taken Chemistry or Pre-Calculus before, or if it has been over 5 years. This ensures students have the fundamental skills needed for the Chemistry 12 and Pre-Calculus 12 courses.** 

Blended Classes (2x per week in-class, plus other work)
Blended classes provide students a mixture of in-class instruction 2 times per week along with independent study for the duration of the session. Homework is regularly assigned.

Literacy Foundations Classes (2x per week in-class)
Develop the literacy skills needed to allow for success in regular high school classes. Classes are done on-site in a structured class format. Please visit our Literacy Foundations webpage for more information regarding Literacy Foundations classes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION before you register for Fall Session 2026:

• Graduated Adults are subject to fees for some courses not covered by the BC Ministry of Education.
• Students must be 16 years old as of July 1, 2026 in order to qualify for structured classes.
• LEC does have course options for students who are not yet 16 years old as of July 1, 2026 and for out of district students.
• Students who are registered in a school district other than Langley, may not be eligible to take a structured class.
