Family Day at the Fort - Feb 16 - Fort Langley
Celebrate Family Day at Fort Langley National Historic Site with a special event centred on food and family. Enjoy hands-on activities, storytelling, and food traditions that bring families and communities together.
Experience live demonstrations, a kid-friendly scavenger hunt, cranberry Bannock cooked over an open fire, guided plant walks, and opportunities to meet local community partners sharing their knowledge and stories.

The Fort Langley National Historic Site is part of a nation-wide family protected by Parks Canada. The site showcases where Hudson’s Bay Company fur traders mingled with California gold prospectors, as well as how First Nations interpreters tell century-old tales. Many family-friendly activities are offered, including panning for gold and dressing up are historic characters.
