Important Information Regarding Teacher Provincial Standard Extended Health Benefits Plan
As a result of collective bargaining, a number of plan design enhancements to the Provincial Extended Health Plan will be implemented over the next five years.
The Payroll Department, reporting to Financial Services, works closely with Human Resources, ensuring accurate payment to all working employees while also adhering to Collective Agreements and Working Documents between local unions, associations and the Board of Education.
We are responsible for accurate payroll deductions, remitting, and reporting to various government related agencies and benefit carriers. Every effort is made to ensure health coverage is maintained for all continuing and term employees and their dependents as provided in each Collective Agreement.
The Annual Canada Savings Bond Campaign is now underway.
Langley School District is once again participating in the Payroll Savings Program in conjunction with the annual Canada Savings bond campaign.
This plan is fully online, and the link for information on the plan, as well as how to enrol and/or make changes to your current account, is below:
Employees who wish to enrol in the plan must do so during the Campaign, which ends at 5pm PST on Tuesday November 1. Changes to your plan can be done either online during the campaign, or through the employer anytime during the year.
Employees who are new to the program, or who do not have an online account will need to enter the Organization ID of 12002 when setting up an online account
