Online Registration – For Current SD35 Students
For students who were registered in the Langley School District for the 2015/16 school year, online registration is straightforward and is available 24/7. It is the best way for current Langley School District students to register. Registration is available online by going to sd35.coresolutions.ca
For students who were not registered in the Langley School District for the 2015/16 school year, Summer Session registration must be done in person at the Langley School Board Office (see below). Please ensure that you also read the information required when registering to make sure you bring everything with you needed to register.
In-person Registration – at the Langley School District Board Office
In-person registration is now open and available at the Langley School District Board Office as of Tuesday, April 5. You will still be required to create and have an online account so it saves you time if you do that first.
Langley School Board location: 4875 – 222nd Street, Langley
In-person Registration Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 3:30pm
Please note that registration cannot be done over the phone – it must be done online (preferred) or in person.
Information required when registering:
- PEN (Personal Education Number) – All students must have their PEN to create a student account, a nine digit number located on their report card or permanent records. Please check with your current school ahead of time if you need assistance locating your PEN.
- Personal Information – Student’s legal and English name if different, phone number(s), address, and parent guardian(s) name(s)
- Residency and Citizenship Information – for students who were not registered in the Langley School District for the 2015/16 school year, proof of parent / guardian(s) Citizenship and BC residency plus the student’s birth certificate must be provided.
International Student Registration
PLEASE NOTE: If you are an International Student with the Langley School District you must contact the Langley International Student Homestay Department prior to registering for Summer Learning. After arrangements have been completed with the Homestay Department, students can then register in person at the School Board Office.
Parents / guardians can pay the International Student’s course fee in person at the School District Board office by debit, credit card, cash or cheque. International Students withdrawing from courses are subject to a 10% processing fee. For Summer Session 2016, refunds will not be given after July 4, 2016.
