A school Action Plan for Learning (APfL) is a living document that outlines what a school will do over a school year to intentionally support student learning. The APfL embodies the vision and mission of the school, along with goals and actions that when implemented, contribute to the success for all learners.

APfL’s are co-created by staff at the beginning of each school year, based on previous year’s data. Throughout the year, the targeted actions are completed by the staff, in response to the data. As the year comes to a close, final data is collected to inform next steps, and the goals of the APfL for the following year.

The APfL is aligned with the goals and targeted actions of the Framework for Enhancing Student Learning, and District Strategic Plan.

You can find individual schools’ action plans below, organized by family of school.
