Walnut Grove Secondary Students win Worksafe BC video contest

Two students from Walnut Grove Secondary School won two separate video contests through by WorkSafeBC. Ethan Eigenfeldt’s video,“Find your voice” is the BC Safety Authority Student Safety Video Contest Award winner, and Kevin Kim’s video, “Speak Out” has won the Seaspan Student Safety Video Contest Award.

Each student was awarded prize money for themselves and their school.

In addition, “Find Your Voice” has been recommended to take part in a national competition through the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety. Grand prize for this contest is $2000 to be split between the school and the student.
